Derrick Morgan practices fully on Thursday

The Tennessee Titans got some good news on Thursday as outside linebacker Derrick Morgan went through a full practice, testing his injured knee.

Morgan, who suffered the injury in a preseason game and reportedly had surgery, was back and working fully for the first time. Morgan had done limited work in Wednesday’s practice for the Titans.

Tennessee could use Morgan this week, especially with the ranks somewhat thinned out at linebacker in recent weeks, not only due to his injury, but also injuries to second-round pick Harold Landry (ankle) and inside linebacker Rashaan Evans (hamstring).

Landry, who did limited work on Wednesday, did not practice on Thursday on his injured right ankle. Evans was limited for a second straight day for the Titans.

Also, right tackle Jack Conklin was limited again on Thursday as he attempts to come back from ACL surgery on his left knee. That injury was sustained in the Titans’ playoff loss to the Patriots.

Safety Kendrick Lewis missed another day of practice with a foot injury. He has not practiced since sustaining the injury against Tampa Bay in preseason.
