Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill, an impending unrestricted free agent, has changed his representation and joining Creative Artists Agency.
Tannehill, 31, will be represented by agents Brian Ayrault and Todd France with CAA going forward, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, who first reported the news on Tuesday. Tannehill had previously been represented by agent Pat Dye, Jr.
Tannehill had a career year with the Titans in 2019, passing for 22 touchdowns with only seven interceptions. He threw for 2,742 yards and led the league with a 9.6 yards per attempt while completing 70.3 percent of his passes. He took over as Tennessee’s starting quarterback in week seven when the Titans were 2-4 under Marcus Mariota. Tannehill not only led the Titans to a wild-card playoff berth, but also to the AFC Championship Game for the first time since the 2002 season.
By moving to CAA, Tannehill joins the same agency and the same agent that represents Titans general manager Jon Robinson mi Ayrault.
Titans running back Derrick Henry, who is also scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent, is represented by CAA’s Jimmy Sexton.
